Our ornamental fence panels are manufactured by hand rather than by automated tools and can therefore accomodate any style. The fence is constructed of steel for maximum longevity and strength, and crafted to look like traditional wrought iron fence. While aluminum fence has become popular for property enclosures due to its corrosion resistance and weight, steel is a stronger alternative. With a chemically bonded powder coated finish and zinc phosphate undercoat, a steel fence panel can outlast an aluminum panel even in harsh conditions. Steel construction allows for longer panels without sag under weight or stress, which also allows for fewer post holes and less labor!

Recinzioni is a wire fence and wire fence panel specialized factory with some 30 years history. The products are exported to more than 20 countries and the customers trust our wire fence products quality. Wire fence is generally composed of wire mesh, barbed steel wire, fence gate and various fencing posts. Recinzioni fence is inspected before going to our customers and basic parameters checked include weft wire pieces, panel width, warp wire distance and steel wire diameter applied. Basic tests include: Tensile strength test for wire mesh and barbed steel wire; Elasticity test of wire mesh fabrics; Fence materials test. Purpose of the tests is to inspect if the manufacturing quality of wire mesh fences meets the technical demands.
Our Inspection Principles of Fences:
All the wire mesh fences are inspected by the quality control department and certified to be qualified products before they are for sale.
The ordering party can check the quality according to this standard and the random test quantity is no less than 3% of the 20000 m wire mesh fence system and the checking items include:
Outside quality, system matching and packing quality;
Main parts technical requirements;
The mechanical property and chemical composition of the steel wire when necessary.
The wire mesh produced in lot should random test two rolls every year. The parts for random test should be re-checked in double quantity if one piece is found unqualified. If still one piece is found unqualified after re-checking, then the whole parts are regarded as unqualified and should be returned to the workshops for repairing.
